muscle/ankle pain. need help asap.? - ankle heating pads in toronto
I hurt my car yesterday. my ankle is killing me. I was ice, heating pads, hot Icey and took Advil and nothing works. Tylenol and Aleve never worked for me. Advil always helps with pain, but now nothing.
anyway, I do not know what to do. So my question. I WRAP (ACE Association), the?
FYI: I work at the Humane Society, so I'm pretty sure it hurts to walk the dog, and I start work in about 2 hours, so there is no way to stay on his feet today, "hui.

If none of the helpful resources at all, I hate to say it, but you have to call your boss and tell him you should consult a doctor. It may well be a sprain (sprain by a pause of a lot more) with an Ace wrap dressing, and call a Doc.
If there are desperate to go to work, then I can Roundwound at the door and talk to who is responsible and tell them what happened, you may be able to give more clear duty days or until you consult a doctor can.

I had the same problem last year and I have consulted senior medical arogyaforhealth, and believe me, because on that day. I'm relieved my pain and I can concentrate on my work.
