Unwritten Can You Get Fired For Breaking An Unwritten Rule Or Policy?

Can you get fired for breaking an unwritten rule or policy? - unwritten

Someone I know has broken recently for an unwritten law or ceased political activity. Is it legal if it is precisely the reason that has closed? We live in a "is the will." Would it have been easier to give a reason for everything? Do we have grounds for complaint? It should be noted that there are other people at work who have broken the unwritten rule and still have a job. Is that discrimination?

Yes, discrimination, unless they can prove that others have not broken the rule and you have a strong legal case. Of course, I speak to an attorney first one. However, as long as you (the boss or the owner of the person, the woman, you know, ending white) knew of others who are breaking the same rule, and not claim the same level as illegal. Answer these questions first.

It was his friend told him that this action is not allowed in the workplace? Was it written?

When it was written, the others were the same, as he has done himself?

In principle, if not all were warned, and after warning that his friend was the only one who is not in any case. If everyone was made aware of andNobody else did what he did, but it is the only one to have drawn me, then you have a case.

Make sure the testimony of people who witnessed this or who have seen show him to that treated no differently than others, and should be good to go. I'm not sure what is the salary, but you should know that if it ends up in the courts, the costs can be very high.

I think I've got a good thing I can say, but only a lawyer can tell whether he really believes he can win the case on the basis of the information. Make sure one, before he go directly to him, because they can cause problems.

If you are an employee then working in the company. There is no reason for his dismissal. He could only fire because it does not work. It did not take to prove that they are incapable. The person that the employer did not fire broke the same rule could be that the employees be more productive than his friend. It is highly unlikely that you will gain nothing, because the employer to conclude that issues such as unfair dismissal and as such, has extended the fighting almost all cases.

Do not tell me where you live, but I think they are UK.Yes they have their rules must be written and illegal. The someone before admission, there are other steps. You should be verbally warned, if they have done something wrong and if it does not change when other measures. Your friend can always say: "I do not know what he was doing was wrong" if you have a case, and you could fight. You unfair dismissal claim.

It could make a suit, but if you do not, who released the document for some reason, when he is likely to lose thousands of dollars in legal fees to. It really is not worth it if you ask me. Usually in these cases, the employer must always wins.

Yes, there is discrimination, but in this terrible economy, employers do whatever the hell they want to cut costs and current employees enjoy their work. What had happened?
