Someone I know has broken recently for an unwritten law or ceased political activity. Is it legal if it is precisely the reason that has closed? We live in a "is the will." Yes, discrimination, unless they can prove that others have not broken the rule and you have a strong legal case. Of course, I speak to an attorney first one. However, as long as you (the boss or the owner of the person, the woman, you know, ending white) knew of others who are breaking the same rule, and not claim the same level as illegal.
