So, I buy a small 4x8 utility trailer. I think a purchase of this Harbor Freight Tools for $ 300, or buy a used one from a private party

I know it will be all the files in question, and that they pass the standards of the State Patrol, and I need plates / tabs, etc.

I have very little money available, so I am concerned about the possibility of buying a trailer, it will cost a fortune to register.

So, what can I do to secure a private buyer in order that they can transfer my name, without any checks or directly by other tires?

And what about the brand new products from the port? If I buy one of those, I can simply pay a few dollars to get the license plate / tabs, or go via an inspection?
